Winter Retreat · Los Caños de Meca, 4 to 7 December

Winter brings a natural movement inwards: the year begins to close, the light draws in and something within us asks for calm. But before a new year begins, we need to pause. To notice how we’re arriving. To listen to what has been building up. To stop pushing.

This retreat is a place for exactly that: three days to step out of autopilot, breathe more deeply and say goodbye to the year through the body. A moment to finally give yourself permission to feel, let go of what you no longer need and choose what you want to carry into what comes next.

Payment plan:

Booking: 50% of the total, by bank transfer when you book.
Remaining payment: 50% in cash on arrival at the retreat.

Booking and cancellation terms:

The retreat is confirmed once a minimum of 8 participants is reached. If this minimum is not reached, I’ll let you know before 4 November and refund the full amount you’ve paid.
Once made, your booking is non-refundable, except in the case of your own illness, supported by a medical certificate.
Transfers to another retreat are possible more than 30 days in advance, subject to availability.
No-shows without prior notice forfeit their booking.
Your statutory consumer rights are respected in all cases.
