What is “Vuelve a Ti”?

A group journey to reconnect with your inner compass, understand your boundaries, open yourself to feeling, and cultivate presence as a form of deep self-care. Each month, we explore a theme that resonates with every woman’s life through meditation and self-discovery.

In February, we launch the second edition of this course:

– February: Returning to yourself (body, mind, and breath) and the fear of feeling (shadows)
– March: Cultivating self-compassion and inner voices
– April: Learning to set your boundaries with assertiveness

  • Live meditations every Tuesday and Thursday at 7 am
  • A monthly session for inner work and questions
  • Recorded practices, materials, and integration exercises
  • Private community for support and sharing
  • Close and human accompaniment
