I create spaces for pause and self-care, enabling women in transition to reconnect with themselves, heal their wounds, and flourish in community.
I create [ spaces for pause ] and self-care, enabling women in transition to reconnect with themselves, heal their wounds, and flourish in community.
About me
I am Rocío Luque, yoga teacher,
Gestalt therapist, and wellness retreat guide.
I am Rocío Luque, a yoga teacher, Gestalt therapist and wellness retreat guide.
I accompany women who, like me, are navigating stages of transition: a loss, a closure, a rebirth, a change of course. Women seeking a safe space where they can stop, breathe, and remind themselves that they are still there.
Here we celebrate the pause as an act of self-care. The body as a refuge to be inhabited with tenderness. Sisterhood as the support that reminds us we are not alone.
This space is for you if you wish to look at yourself with honesty, heal what hurts, and open yourself to the new. Through yoga, meditation, Gestalt therapy, and community gatherings, you will find a temporary home where you can explore, transform, and flourish.
Because everyone, at some point, needs to return to themselves.
And here, together, we make it possible.

Return to You
Yoga and Self-Knowledge Course (3 months)
A group journey to reconnect with your internal compass, understand your boundaries, open yourself up to feeling, and cultivate presence as a form of profound self-care through live guided meditations twice a week and a monthly online meeting. Each month we explore a theme that resonates with the lives of all women:
Month 1: Returning to yourself (body, mind, and breath) and the fear of feeling (shadows)
Month 2: Cultivating self-compassion and internal voices
Month 3: Learning to set boundaries

Corporate Yoga
In an increasingly demanding work environment, offering spaces for pause and connection is not a luxury: it is a necessity. The yoga sessions I facilitate are designed to support teams in their physical, emotional, and relational well-being.
It is not about achieving perfect poses. It is about breathing, releasing tension, and reconnecting with what sustains us.
