Autumn brings a natural movement: something awakens, something seeks to move forward, and something asks for space to take shape. But for that movement to happen, we first need to stop. To observe how we are arriving. To listen to what has been accumulating. To stop pushing.
This retreat is a place for exactly that: a weekend to step away from the automatic pace, to breathe deeper, and to open a small internal portal — that moment when you finally give yourself permission to feel, to realign, and to choose where you want to go next.
We are not looking for grandiosity or promises of “instant transformation”. We seek clarity, presence, body, and a simple space where you can return to yourself without the noise.
An autumn beginning to ground yourself and start this new season from a more honest place.

Daily yoga practice
Sunrise meditations each morning
Asana workshop and laboratory
Group self-discovery dynamics (optional and respectful)
Individual therapeutic writing exercises
One yin yoga session
One yoga nidra (conscious sleep)

Nothing to think about. Just arrive, let go, and allow yourself the experience.

Transport from your origin to the house
(But I can help you coordinate car-sharing with other attendees.)
Everything else: is cared for, thought out, and ready for you to relax.
