There’s something we don’t talk about enough…
coming back from holidays isn’t always easy.
I’ve just come back from a few days in the Azores, holding space for a group of women, days of slowing down, listening, sharing from a very real place seeing ourselves reflected in each other and also, moments of silence.
And when experiences like this end something often comes up: the fear of going back to the same old patterns, to the same rhythm, the same pressure, the same way of living on autopilot
It feels like we should come back feeling clear, energised, ready but what often shows up instead is something else rush, noise, the feeling of needing to catch up with everything
And without even noticing we find ourselves back in the same place. That’s why this moment of returning matters, not jumping straight back in, not trying to “do it better this time”
But pausing for a moment, listening, and choosing how you want to come back
I recorded a simple meditation to support this moment, not to do more, not to do it perfectly, just to give yourself a small space
before stepping back into your routine, a gentle pause to come back to yourself
If you feel you need it
I’ve shared the meditation in my WhatsApp community.
I hope it supports you, Rocío
