There are moments when we need a gaze that holds us. A safe place to stop, listen to what hurts, and open space for the new.
My individual support combines Gestalt therapy, emotional regulation techniques through the body, and self-knowledge tools that guide you to a more honest, gentle, and present relationship with yourself. It is an intimate, respectful, and profound process, designed for women in transition who need to find themselves again.
This space was born so that you do not have to walk this path alone.

We create a safe listening space, where you can express yourself without judgement. Gestalt therapy holds whatever arises in the here and now.
Body
The body is our emotional home. I integrate gentle yoga, breathing, and regulation techniques to help you inhabit yourself once again.

At your own pace, we open the way to new ways of looking at, feeling, and holding yourself. A path towards clarity, calm, and authenticity.
